This figure was just released by Megahouse this 10th of May under their POP Excellent Model LIMITED brand.
I think this figure is still available on some online stores but the price may be higher than the usual since the preorder deadline was long finished, and the price value of this figure will further increase as the stock availability gets lower. Being a limited edition, I can't imagine how the price of this figure will skyrocket in the future, so be sure to make up your mind as early as possible.
