Great news for Fairy Tail fans like me. Good Smile Company, the company behind the awesome and popular Saber Lily figures seems to be starting to make products based of Fairy Tail characters. Last Sunday's Wonder Festival 2012 Summer, GSC just displayed Lucy Heartfilia in its prototype stage.
From the looks of it, Lucy will be sporting her pre-time skip outfit (yes, Fairy Tail also has a time skip just like Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach). She is holding a key, showing her Celestial Spirit Magic ability.
Tsume (a french company) also made Fairy Tail Figures, but it's a bit expensive and are not commonly available on major online stores. They consists mostly of male characters and their initial releases were Natsu and Gajeel. I didn't like those figures especially Natsu, the face seems a bit odd.
I've been waiting for a much decent Fairy tail figure and my wish was granted. And it's not just from any company but from GSC. They have a good reputation in making such great anime figures. The only problem is that they are known to make mostly female figures and just few male figures. So fingers crossed for Natsu Dragneel, Gray Fullbuster and some other male Fairy Tail Characters. But anyway, I'm actually more than happy to see female figures like Erza Scarlet and Mirajane Strauss. So bring it on GSC!
