Tamashii Nations 2012 Preview Caravan - One Piece

There was a recently held Tamashii Nations exhibit at Yodobashi-Akiba. Some Tamashii Nations products were on display including One Piece Figuarts ZEROs. Most of them were already announced previously but the most notable one is the Monkey D. Luffy (Film Z Kessen Costume ver.). It was announced earlier for December 2012 release, but this is the first time we get to see this figure clearly, and I have to say it looks nice.

The pose of Luffy simple yet a bit dynamic. I like the overall sculpt and the blown away effect on the vest is nice. But the face expression seemed lifeless, I hope he will come with an alternate face. As I have mentioned earlier, this is for December 2012 release, so preorders might open anytime soon, probably first week of October.

Other Figuarts ZEROs on display are Shanks (Showdown at the Summit ver.), Benn Beckman, Yasopp, Sanji (Battle ver), Magellan, Hannyabal, and Sadie. I noticed that Sanji has a cigarette on his mouth now with a slightly different facial expression unlike the one from the official promo images released earlier, I'm not sure if this is gonna be a third head option or just a redesigned head.

Also on display are Half-Age Characters - One Piece Girls Party and the Chozokei Damashii - Movie "ONE PIECE FILM Z" (Opening Costume)
