More and more companies are jumping to the One Piece Film Z merchandise bandwagon. One of them is Bandai and their Figuarts ZERO product line. They have already announced that they will be releasing Figuarts ZERO based on the character design of One Piece Film Z starting with Luffy and Ain.
Initial releases will be as follows
Figuarts ZERO - Monkey D. Luffy (Film Z Kessen Costume ver.)
Release Date: December 2012
Price: 2,100 yen
Figuarts ZERO - Ain
Release Date: January 2012
Price: 2,625 yen

I'm not sure if this is the "Kessen Costume ver" for Luffy, it might be the opened vest as the image below
